REFUND/RETURN POLICY
WE DO NOT REFUND ORDERS UNLESS THERE IS A MISTAKE ON OUR PART.
All sales are final unless there was a mistake made on our part then we will act as necessary. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless owner has stated otherwise.
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.
We are a small business, and can not issue refunds to initial method of payment. We would be thrilled to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through. Just send us an email at wildfreebusiness@gmail.com
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 days after return is received for store credit to be delivered.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
-Items not eligible for returns include sale items, hair accessories, and custom made products
-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.
-Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
-Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
-If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
-Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing.
-Store Credit does not expire.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping will be calculated based on shipping address. Please note international orders may be subject to duties and other taxes. We do not offer local delivery at this time.
